I take it personally when people go all behind my back instead of coming to me and discussing the situation. There are a few teachers in my school who would rather go to the principal and complain about something I did or did not do than to come to me and tell me about it. I've sometimes gone to that person and told them that things could have been worked out much faster if they had come directly to me. It does make me mad.
