I gave up meat, except fish. It is to keep me from buying the processed microwave only meats. But organic and vegan "meat" is hella expensive, so I have to control my spending in other places.
The boyfriend gave up refined sugar. I'm a diabetic who isn't *supposed* to have sugar so I appreciate the effort he's going through. However, his roommate asked if this was a way to understand my situation better. He said, yeah I understand that it sucks.
