here the Delta-Theta Z at Grand Valley State University in MI, we have a High Pi who is from Lambda Omega Z (Central Michigan) and a Falculty Advisor (who is a male, but I've never seen him at meetings). We also has a female advisor who has helped another LXA chapter before she moved back to Michigan.
I personally don't see anything wrong having a female advisor. She comes out to almost all the functions (meetings, some of the recruitment activities...heck, even superbowl parties
) The actives brothers's grades are improving and we're getting some top-notch guys this year unlike last year, where the rush was a bust and the moral were down.
There is an active brother that is totally against her, but everyone else has welcomed her with open arms...even us alums that have met talked to her in person.
