My older diamond and I had a little bit of a rocky start at first, but then we became very close. When she graduated it was very hard on me and took me a while to really have fun in the chapter. I missed her like crazy. We keep in touch by e-mail and sometimes phone, but it seems like its hard to keep in touch with anyone anymore with work schedules, ect.. I miss her though.
As for my younger diamonds, I took two of them. One of them was VERY close with me we were together all the time, on the phone all the time, and did everything together. The other we had a hard relationship from the start, she dated a guy I used to know and it was just bad esp when I told her what I thought about him. We never really connected after that. Although she was in my wedding, we dont keep in touch much at all. She is still in the chapter and graduating this spring I think, we just dont have as much in common as I thought we would. I wish we could get past everything and work things out, I just dont know if that will happen. As for the other one who I was super close to, we also got off track due to the other diamond, a big mess, too hard to explain and I had to take sides and I shouldnt have and it cost me her. I try to email her all the time to try to work things out, but I just think she isnt ready to and Im not sure if she ever will. I really wish she was though, cause I miss her like mad and we had so much fun. She was one of my best friends. Hopefully oneday we can work things out, but for now I wont push it with her or I may lose her forever.
