I wish my chapter's alumni would help us out.
We have the most land of any frat here-which gives us a huge parking lot, nice front yard and a big back yard with a volleyball court, and a house big enough to fit about 40 by other frats standards. We have 22 people here with everyone having a seperate bedroom and a common room to split between them, along with four singles. Our house looks like a castle, and the girls love it and the rushee's are intimidated by it. It's pretty imposing up on top of the hill.
Yet, it's almost 80 yrs old and has some major electrical/pluming/foundation problems. It needs a complete overhaul, yet our alumni won't do anything to help us out. It is partly our fault, however active alumni can really make a chapter great.
