this is an unfortunate incident, especially for the kids involved. i know gaydos and he is not the type of kid you all are assuming he is. there was no kick in the head so quit throwing that around. there was a fight obviously and gaydos knocked his friend down, by a shove or a push or whatever. on the way down he hit his head and was knocked out cold. the rest is history from there.
