Disneyland is obvious as well as Magic Mountain and Knotts Berry Farm. You can always check out the Irvine Spectrum and the Universal City Walk. Any of the beaches are good especially Venice Beach if you're into that kind of thing. Starving artists & street performers. Finally, you can always hang out in Hollywood & shop.
