Absolutely not. Even MTV isn't stupid enough to make up a fraternity and pass it off as reality. Just because it's not IFC or NPC doesn't mean it's not real.

We have been over this trillions of times on GC.
Local sororities are not bound to NPC hazing rules which are ridiculously strict. Just because your national told you it's hazing doesn't make it hazing in the eyes of the law.
The last season in particular, I can't recall any "hazing" that went on even under NPC type guidelines...it was really pretty boring since the group was more discreet than the first two, which is probably why the show got cancelled.
