I'm ok now, when I wrote this I had just gotten off a terrible call with a really obnoxious IDIOT! I worked in a call center for a major utility for 7 years and then moved on to working in a HR call center - my mistake. I have learned and I am trying to fix my mistake. I'm in the process of sending out resumes - and I am praying for a new position!!
