Founding sisters are usually ones that are already outstanding leaders on campus. Interviews are a way that they can get to know you better and to see if you are willing to do the work and the time commitment that starting a colony requires. And everyone else has said do alittle research about the organization. Find out what the philanthropy is and the main tenants of the organization. You have to make sure it is the right home for you and thats why you want to join... DO NOT JOIN JUST TO SAY YOU WERE A FOUNDING SISTER! This will not make you happy in the end.

Best of Luck!
Slight hijack: I was completely unaware that there were NPC sororities now at Greensboro College. Are you still a colony? And what were your interest group's "letters" before you associated with AXiD? I know I had heard that there were groups there called UPS and FedEx, which I thought was really strange. Feel free to PM me this info so we don't throw this thread way off track... I'm just incredibly interested to learn!
