To the STOOOPID customers that call Some of ya'll may work in a bank. But ya'll are the DUMBEST folks that I have EVER EVER seen in my ENTIRE LIFE!!! Patience is a virtue, but ya'll make me want to SCREAM!!! You work in a bank and use a computer EVERYDAY, but you don't know what Internet Explorer is? You don't know what I mean when I say the word browser? All you do is moan and complain about the hold time it takes to get through the lines to a representative? You make we want to lose all my religion!!!

To my place of employment I am so sick of this place!!!!! I am so sick of STUPID people!!!! I am so sick of LAZY co-workers - who are supposed to be management not doing their jobs!!! I am so sick of having a phone attached to the side of my ear!!!!! If I didn't have bills to pay I would not be here. In fact, if I knew I could quit and still get unemployement - I would!!! That's how much I HATE THIS PLACE!!! But don't worry, I'm going to be doing the least amount of work I can just to get by and when you least expect it, I WILL BE GONE!!!!!!!

To anyone considering customer service in a call center : DON'T!! Unless you want to be miserable for the rest of your life and spend 8 hrs stuck at a desk, listening to people complain about things that really don't matter!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! CALL CENTER WORK SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!
