I can't believe that this man puts his mouth on a baby's private area and the parents have no problem with it. I have never heard of a Rabbi doing this. My cousin is married to a Jewish girl and when they had their son's Brisk (circumcision ceremony) the Rabbi never put his mouth anywhere near my baby cousin's you-know-what!!!
