We've had one here in Pullman for about 3 years or so, called Munchy'Z, and it's usually full most of the time. (they serve food too, and it's delicious!) I know plenty of people who have their own Hooka's too. Last semester the Middle Eastern Student Association had a free "Smokeout" there, which was pretty popular.
