If you mean the CHAPTER closed, say so. This makes it sound for the first two paragraphs like they just tossed them out of the facility and then it says they did close the chapter.
CHAPTER AND HOUSE ARE NOT SYNONYMOUS STUPID NEWSPAPER PEOPLE!!
