consider it like this: put an ice cube in a glass of ice tea and it does not melt very fast as the temp of the tea is low.

Put an ice cube in a mug of regular tea and it melts quickly as the temp is high.

More snow can be melted with warm pee than with cold beer even if the amount of liquids are equal due to heat transfer.
