I'd have to disagree with you on that one... and so would a lot of service personnel in Iraq - and not for the reasons you think.
Al Jazerra surprisingly enough is a news service that is actually interested in doing human interest pieces - specifically covering things like schools, hospitals, and the like being re-opened... the thing is many "western" news services won't cover (from lack of interest or fear of leaving their compounds) these "soft" stories about Iraq being rebuilt.
Yes Al Jazerra's coverage is shocking and inflamitory to Americans... but seriously, viewed in the context of the daily life of Iraq it's pretty bang-on... it covers both the conflict, the terror, the blood-shed, the humanity, and the hope. Something that I find lacking in the coverage of the "western" stations.
PS> If you think Al Jazerra's footage is "inflamatory" you oughta see some of the home movies shot in Iraq
