We're the only sorority on campus that claps instead of snaps... going through rush, the snapping drove me crazy (but it does make sense why they do). When I got to my chapter and they clapped, I was relieved
Of course, now being on the other side during rush, I almost wish we snapped during the parties (like when we're showing our video) because the clapping really does drown out other stuff.
