The LXA Gamma Zeta brothers, who sold their house to LCAP and rented from them, unfortunately had to take LCAP to court to resolve some of the many problems.
I'm not going to get into it seeing there is enough about it in the archives.
As with any rental company, know your state laws, know your rights and get everything in writing.
