It seems like organizations (whether GLO or not) get started up, and then prosper, if there's a void to be filled. If there's sincerity of purpose, sisterhood, devotion to the effort, then why not?
More power to those ladies. When (not if) they have survived, and established themselves, and are firm and proud in their tradition, they will have no equal. For they will have survived the toughest opposition of all, that of their peers.
