My advice on losing weight is to drink lots and lots of water all day long and walk for 30 min or so outside. The water keeps your system flushed and is good for your skin and keeps you feeling full. The walking will give you energy and that great workout glow

Plus, you burn cals. Do not try to go too wild on the dieting 'cause when you start goin' out to eat with your sisters again you'll gain it back. Just try to eat smarter, drink water and walk.....you will look fit in no-time!
