I too have gained ten pounds this summer and I am furious!!! It's so much easier to put it on than take it off! When I'm at school I always stay at the same weight because even if I eat junk food all the time, I walk around campus all day. During the summer, I sit at a desk all day. Right now about 5 of my sisters are on the Weight Watchers point system and it has really worked for them. I think my problem is that I can go most of the day without being hungry but at night when I sit down and watch tv I get major munchies! Anyone else have this problem?
