This message is a little bit different . . . but if you want to look farly different in about a week you can . . .

This is what you do . . . East meat, cheese, mayonaise as much as you want. . . eat fat and protein no carbs . . . Carbs are:

Pasta potato rice bread etc . . .

Drink alcohol only one night . . . and make sure its only hard alchol, preferably vodka or whiskey. They have the least amount of calories.

First thing in the morning on an empty stomach . . . go walk up and down steps for 20 minutes (or as close as you can come to that). Could be a single flight of steps.

You brun off 300 percent more fat on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

At night go for an hour walk listening to your favorite tunes.

Drink 120 ounces of water a day.

Take Xenadrine before workout in the morning and 2 hours before night walk . . .

You should drop about 5-10 pounds . . . shrug.

When you come off the diet . . gradually introduce more carbs!
