ritual chair if you do not have a love and a reverance for your organizations ritual. of all the things that an organizations chapters may have in common, the ritual is the one thing that everyone presents the same(or should). it is what makes zta's ztas, and adpi's adpis,etc. i love our ritual and feel honored that one of the offices that i held in college was ritual chair. and as others have posted, you may not be as impressed with your ritual due to the presentation. it seems more sincere and real if all parts are memorized, and if there is post initiate training afterwards where everything you heard in your ceremony is explained in detail to you. i hope that you will be able to appreciate your ritual in the future, and convey that appreciation to your sisters.
