As someone from Arkansas (yep, a red state, although I think it's a shame that the red/blue thing was even brought up as a generalization about this kind of act) I am appalled. This is horrible. *Steps on soapbox* This parent was obviously lacking in moral judgement, and should never have had children in the first place. She could have taught her daughter enough morals to not have sex at 12 years old, rather than killing her when she did. WOW...that's horrible. I hope the brother recovers from this tragedy, and I hope she is punished accordingly.
