ditto on Popeye's, it is the best
two of our Popeye's (same owner) have the best biscuits. not the "hockey puck"-lookin' ones that you typically find but real buttery-tasting biscuits
i've not seen them at any other Popeye's. not ATL, not Harlem, and not even New Orleans...i wonder why
