This reminds me of the film Muriel's Wedding.
I like to look at the photos of wedding gowns, but I am not going to start shopping for a gown until I am engaged with an actual proposal and a ring and a date set. I now realize that this approach is wrong. Maybe I should plan the entire thing and hope my boyfriend shows up and says "I will" when I surprise him with a wedding. That's a thought! I think that I'll start calling the Plaza and the Waldorf Astoria to see when they are available! I'm hoping for a Saturday in May at 5:30. Fingers crossed! Next, I'll run over to Bloomingdale's and register. Of course, there is always a chance that he will back out. Fortunately, Bellevue is close, and I'm sure those nice people will be able to help me recover.
