I hate San Francisco's Department of parking and traffic. They are parking NAZIS. I one got a parking ticket INSIDE of a parking garage I had PAID for becuase I was in violation of STREET CLEANING ??!!!
I think since I've lived in the city (3 years) I've paid over 1000 in parking tix.
