I have a friend who, at the age of 21, when we were on a road trip, asks out of nowhere, "What does 'Min 45' mean?"
After stifling the uncontrollable desire to laugh hysterically, I explain to her that on the interstates, you're supposed to drive at a minimum speed of 45 miles per hour, or that you can be ticketed. She, being a driver herself, could not believe that you could receive a ticket for not driving fast enough.
This is also the girl who failed the praxis exam 4 times before deciding that she should change her major so she could graduate. She still wants to be a teacher.
