Looks more like generic summer-style uniform tunic with German WWII Heer (army) insignia tacked on. (I have several books on WWII German armed forces uniforms.)

The swastika armband looks like it was crudely hand made. It would never be a part of a Wehrmacht uniform, other than being seen on the Wehrmacht eagle and on certain decorations.

Early Nazi Party uniforms were surplus WW I desert uniforms made for the German Army, but never used in combat since they never had the opportunity to fight it out there. Which is why the Nazis were known as the "Brownshirts". (Italian Fascists wore black shirts and Spanish Falangists wore blue.)
