Some one asked earlier in this post if there is a place on the net with the various pins or pics of pins? I didnt see an answer.

Also the story that meant something to me was that I sent my pin down to auburn when my cousin got initiated in ADPi there. Here diamond sister seemed to enjoy the sentiment but my cousin didnt know what I did until after initiation. So, she wore my pin until hers came in. I think she ended up getting a pearl badge like mine but I think she got the guard. (oops made short story long)
What a lovely sentiment - I'm so glad that your cousin appreciated your gesture!!

I don't know of a place online where you can see the different pins. ariesrising's greek pages has descriptions, but not photos. A few of us know/know of a sister who is not on GC, and she collects ADPi pins. She even has an Adelphean pin!!! I know that she was approached about making a poster of sorts (for every chapter) with all the different styles of pins, with or without other members' pins, but the insurance problems were rather insurmountable. Optimist that I am, I still hope to see one in my lifetime!

As I've said so many times in the past, I think our pin is the most enduring symbol of OUR sisterhood: We all wear the black diamond with the clasped hands & stars, but we can individualize them to show the world that our sisterhood is totally unique and diverse!
