Here's another example, from today!
I had lunch at Subway, and as I was eating my sandwich, I realized that there was an onion on it! The lettuce tray sits next to the onion tray, so as the onions are put on the sandwich, they can easily fall into the lettuce. Good thing I'm not deathly allergic to onions!
