San Antonio has a regional association, not tied to a particular chapter. We support the chapters in our geographic area, but are independent of any particular chapter.

Dallas has a large and strong regional association, and when we were setting ours up used them as a guide.

I really believe that it would be most beneficial to LXA to set up regional associations all across the US. It would help with colonizations, continuity of support of chapters and help with donations to the fraternity and foundation. I realize this costs money, but I think its imperative.

Unfortunately, the historical corporate culture of our org seems to be if it wasnt our idea first, we want no part of it. Seriosuly, if we cant lay claim to the idea then its not for us, which is rediculious. We should emmulate the business model and learn from other groups mistakes and successes.
