Weight Watchers is not only about losing, but also weight control and management once you get where you want to be.
I am starting back already with the points system and exercising again. I started my exercise program at the YMCA last week and fired up to make changes.
Sunday...bumped toe into wall and bruised beyond belief--hard to wear walking shoes and do anything...

Will be glad when foot feels better.
Former WW member here and will be going back soon! It really worked for me...then, I dropped out. Nothing good there!
