Dear Staples,
I'm not really sure what's goin' on, but y'all have GOT to get it together. My last TWO orders have been late and it puts us in a serious bind. Especially me. These people care far more about office supplies than they do about basic human decency, so if you could PLEASE deliver our stuff in a timely fashion, I'd appreciate it. I mean, I ordered THREE items on Thursday for a Friday delivery. Friday came and went. No call from you (as per usual when there is a delay in shipment). Monday comes, and your Staples driver gets here at around 3 or 4 o'clock. But he only shows up with TWO items. WTF?
It was supposed to be delivered today. Now COB today has come and gone. I clean my desk off only to find my not-yet-filed Staples order spread sheet which means that there has STILL been no delivery. I call you thinking that this would be a five minute ordeal.. And you gon' try to tell me you can't deliver some friggin' PACKING PAPER until THURSDAY?????? GTFOOHWDBS!
THAT'S A WHOLE WEEK FROM THE TIME I ORDERED IT! And now I've been on the phone with you SAB for SEVENTEEN MINUTES!!!
I'M READY TO GO HOME!!!!! Maybe we need to waste our money at Office Max instead of with you, cuz clearly, you don't appreciate it.
If I come in this office tomorrow and anyone says anything to me sideways about these #$%%$&^%$% supplies, I'm callin' there and I'MA GO STRAIGHT THE $#@& OFF!!!
