The Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of the State of Oklahoma (whew, that was long-winded, but that's the official title!
), to which I belong as a dual and perpetual member (Will Rogers Lodge #53, Claremore, Oklahoma) at their last Grand Lodge this past November has extended recognition to the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Oklahoma. Of course, it is pending reciprocal action by the Oklahoma PHGL; from there, it's possible that intervisitation between the two Grand Lodges will follow.
As for my home jurisdiction of Texas... one of these days they'll get with the program and extend the hand of brotherly love and friendship to their Prince Hall brethren. But until most of the less-progressive brethren who still have prejudices ingrained in their minds die off, it's not going to happen right away, and that also goes for most of the predominantly white Southern Masonic grand lodges.
