My question (for undergrads and grads) is being an active member too time consuming to where it can take a toll on your grades?

Also I have seen with the people on my campus friendships end or friends that become distant after one or more of their friends became a member, do you think that becoming a member of a sorority challenges friendships?

Thanks in advance for your answers and thanks to the person who started this thread, this is an outlet for those of us who are interested in pledging and not an opportunity that is presented often.
1. I was in grad school when I became a member and my grades were not affected. AKA is time consuming, but like we have stated before it is all about organization. You just have to set goals and stick to them, again organization is the key. When you know how to organize your time then you have time.

2. I learned a long time ago, if your friendships are strong then you have nothing to worry about. Your true friends support your decisions and come to your events
