When I was a new member (last year), the Alpha Gams and the Pikes had an etiquette dinner at a really nice restaurant here. While we were there they taught us the proper table manners and tips for dates and stuff. I have to say it helped a lot, especially to the guys who didn't really know a lot of that kinda stuff. Also it was great for the girls because the guys paid for our food afterwards! Haha!
