I am going to reply to this because I use these terms for guys as well.

HOT - Is kinda the whole package...he is good looking and he has confidence, and all the things you find attractive in a guy.

Pretty - Is usually a guy that spends more time looking in the mirror that I do. This is not a good thing. He probably uses conditioner, eye creme and spends more time on his hair, skin and nails than me. Metrosexual comes tomind...or a feminine pretty. I am generally not attracted to "pretty boys"

gorgeous - Usually someone who I consider to be intimidating. Someone who is gorgeous is probably good looking but 0% personality. Someone I wouldn't want to date. Eye Candy only.

Cute - Cute can mean many things...It can mean that have a very likeable personality. It can mean that that are fun to be around. Or it can just mean that they are cute. I generally date guys that I consider cute. Sometimes (not all the time) they may not be 'hot' but you love them anyway.
