You and your family will be in my thoughts this holiday. Cherish this time with your grandmother, as I understand how tough it is to have to deal with this during the holiday season - we just lost my great-grandmother on Sunday night. Each moment is a blessing of her presence in your life, and though it may be tough to see your grandmother's life coming to an end, she'll be waiting to say hello to you again some day.
