I was told to go cheap this Christmas, which is fine by me: in the next 2 months I go to Cabo Alpha and then to New Orleans for Mardi Gras- so my money is elsewhere, besides looking at another $700 semester for books for classes.
So:

Mom: a wooden carving of a raccoon holding a little feeder over his head that says 'feed the animals' to go near their porch for squirrels and such.

Dad: Bag of corn for the feeder.

Oldest Sister (the Old Maid): Sugar Cookies in a Jar, along with a kitchen towel that has the recipe on it, and a butterfly cookie cutter.

Middle Sister (the Military Wife): various loose tea mixes and a steeping set. Along with a certificate for her and her husband to steal me for labor for a home improvement project weekend.

Brother In-Law (the Captain): Got him a joystick that has 5 video games in it, can be hooked up to any TV and played. Since he's over-seas that is headed to him and I'm not mentioning it to the family.

Youngest Sister (the Little Sister) and the Brother In-Law (Mikey): Gift Card to Lowe's, certificates to steal me for labor for 4 different home improvement weekends.

Nephew (the Little Monster): Not sure yet. Originally I was going to make Christmas stockings for him, my sister and her husband, but now I think I'll be buying him a book or 2. One a children's book of bedtime stories or something. The other set at a 4th grade reading level so he has to "grow into it".

Me (myself and I): I'm going to Cabo and then right after my birthday is Mardi Gras in New Orleans- so I guess my presents to myself this year are airfare and drinking money.

The Animals (the aminals): Found pet stockings filled with little toys for my cat and the Old Maid's cat. Found a heavy-duty toy for the Middle Sister's monster-dog.
