This is truly pathetic....what I don't understand I why the judge didn't order her to return of the money ...I guess the poor guy has to hire a lawyer and file a petition to get his money back!!! Shameful. The abuse of the child support system (on both sides) is what annoys me most about practicing in this area of the law. All of the non-custodial parents who "work under the table" to avoid paying support and all of the custodial parents who run to court everytime the non-custodial parent gets a minor "cost of living" raise, tie the court system up immensely. Alot of times, its not about the children at all. Its all about how one parent can stick it to the other!!
