That's not the point. The bedrock of a free society is one where alternative views can be expressed. The idea behind free speech, as protected by our Founding Fathers, is primarily targeted at protecting political speech found to be offensive by others.

This move cuts across the grain of what America stands for. This move is illiberal, as well as being not conservative.

This is one of the most profoundly un-American moves ever made by the Federal government. As far as protecting American values, I find it to be deeply anti-American.
