Well for speaking for one who has been out of college and working and living in the "real world" since you were probably in middle school, I would say that,

If you cant see something wrong with the fact that you assumed he was suspicious because he happened to be Mexican, then I feel sorry for you. If he was white, wearing the same thing would you have felt so "suspicious" then? (that was rhetorical)
