What I thought was interesting was the phantom late fee I received a few months ago. I returned a certain movie well within time and they had charged a late fee.

Those folks will not back down when you tell them they're wrong.. And for $4.50, I'm not going to waste that much time dealing with it.

I hate that they're just about the only thing left in movie rentals anymore. The "2-day" rental thing is crap as well.
