While it sounds like you chapter is doing FABULOUS! Total will help your entire Panhellenic system. It is very important to hae a strong system because you are only as good as your weekest house. If you have a strong system more girls will want to go greek and total will be raised! Don't lookat it as a bad thing...it's not it is there to help out everyone. You are just going to have to get more selective now that's all and there is nothing wrong with that. Remember it QUALITY not quantity that counts!!
