Today is my last day of library school.
tomorrow i can call myself a librarian.
unfortunately, I haven't really had time to read much other than articles in the field

And when I do read I keep it light. right now I'm reading Watership Down by Richard Adams. I've also been reading the Series of Unfortunate Events.
The funny thing is I never took a reader's advisory course so friends are always asking me to suggest something to read and i'm like "i dunno" and then they wonder why I need a master's degree to be a librarian!
A book I read last year that was really interesting was
"Life of Pi" by Yann Martel which won the 2002 Booker prize.
I also read "How to Be a Canadian: Even if You Are Already One" by Will ferguson which is pretty funny, but I think the humour might be lost on all of you
I really don't remember what else I've read - I know there's more, it just doesn't stick in my memory....
