As far as non-profits go, I really like the agency I work for. I know I am bias but they run some really great programs that are extremely needed in the community. You can check us out at
www.tsiny.org. I work for the ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Program. I've also worked in several of the agency's residential programs and have learned TONS!
I know I gripe a lot about my profession, but overall, my agency is one of the better ones IMHO, extremely supportive, and a pleasure to work for!
