If you enjoy this type of book try Marion Keyes books. They are great. I have read Angels, Sushi for Beginners, and Last Chance Saloon. I put all the rest of her books on my Christmas List. They have the "girly" feel that the Shopaholics, Nanny Diaries, etc have, but they are a little more sophisticated in the writing style, for lack of a better way of describing them.
