Even George Bush is ashamed of the U Texas record for academics in the football dorm. Today's newspaper says, that within six years, Texas graduates 34% of the football players. Only Pitt (31%) is lower among teams headed to Bowls.
Of course, being a long-time Hoosier, would I prefer my school graduate a lot of jocks or win a lot of games? Winning is certainly more fun.
