Rapper O.D.B.’s wife Icelene scored a major victory in court recently. Icelene Jones has been put in charge of the late rapper’s estate. Icelene has three children by the rapper and she had to prove she was his legal wife. At first, she couldn’t find the marriage license and a lot of people thought she was lying. Well, Icelene was telling the truth. She married O.D.B. a.k.a. Russell Jones on July 25th, 1991. Icelene is battling it out with the rapper’s other baby mommas. She had the body cremated to prevent any DNA testing. Icelene says she has to take care of her children and as far as she is concerned, the so called other children don’t exist. According to sources there are nine other children, but can the mothers prove it to get their share of his fortune? O.D.B.’s mom, Cherry Jones, is very upset about the latest court ruling. She is close to four of the baby mommas. She claims Icelene had not lived with her son in years and that she was the one who made sure he ate and took care of him. This just proves that when you are the wife you have the privileges.

Just because they are the babies momma's does not equal being the legal wife. I would love people to understand when you walk into court, they favor the legal wife not the babies momma's. She had her paperwork.


First she falls down while performing on live television and now her breast is exposed. During a recently publicity tour with Destiny’s Child, Michelle Williams was posing with Beyonce and Kelly and she was photographed with her left breast slipping out of her dress. The photo is making the rounds of the internet as well as a photo with Beyonce with no underwear on.

Is Ashanti torn between two lovers? In one corner there’s rapper Nelly who she’s grown close to. Sources say he dotes on her all the time; and in the other corner there’s industry mogul Irv Gotti. Gotti made her a star. Friends say Ashanti really wants to be with Nelly, but she doesn’t want to hurt Gotti’s feelings because he left his wife and started her career.

Is Bobby Brown going to reunite with New Edition? His new reality show, Being Bobby Brown, debuts next month on the Bravo channel and he has been talking about reuniting with Ralph, Ronnie, Johnny, Mike and Ricky for a New Edition reunion. New Edition has a new album out, but you would never know it. Signing to P. Diddy’s label has not been a good move for the guys. The Bad Boy record label has dropped the ball on this project. They handled the project and the album all wrong. Not once did they try to market the album to their core audience-- people over 25. Right now Bobby and New Edition need each other so maybe a reunion will happen.


I knew this might happen. Puffy is so into everything. I think being President is next.


Filming starts soon on Usher’s new movie, Dying for Dolly. In the movie Usher plays a bodyguard for a mobster and he falls in love with the mobster’s daughter. This is not Usher’s first acting role. He also appeared in the movies She’s all That and The Faculty. In other Usher news, let’s hope winning all those awards hasn’t gone to is head. At the recent “GQ Men of the Year Awards” Usher demanded everyone off the red carpet so he could walk on it alone, as he made his entrance. Why is Usher acting like a diva? Is it the influence of girlfriend Naomi Campbell?
